Sadé Awele Wins Western Canadian Music Awards R&B Artist of the Year

Sadé Awele has been crowned R&B Artist of the Year at the 2024 Western Canadian Music Awards, a prestigious recognition that celebrates her exceptional contributions to the genre and her critically acclaimed EP 'Intuition'.

The award acknowledges Sadé's unique blend of Afrosoul and R&B, which has resonated deeply with audiences across Western Canada and beyond. Her EP 'Intuition' showcases her powerful vocals and intuitive songwriting, featuring tracks like 'Jo', 'Elevating', 'Intuition', and 'Diamonds'.

This recognition follows a remarkable year for the Nigerian-Canadian artist based in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada, who has seen her title track 'Intuition' chart at number 9 on the Canadian online R&B Charts and her music video selected for the Atlanta Film Festival.
